Prescription Renewal in your Patient Portal

Use the Prescription Renewal feature to request medication refills from our practice. Our practice reserves the right to fill or deny your prescription renewal request. If your request is denied, our practice will contact you to explain the reason for the denial. Note: To request a prescription for a new medication, please contact our practice by telephone or set up an appointment with your doctor.

Online Payments in your Patient Portal

Avoid overdue bills and late charges by paying your bill online. Use your credit card to pay your balance and keep your account current. View your account balance or send a message or a billing question directly to our staff.

Request an Appointment Online in your Patient Portal

The Appointment Request feature is for non-urgent appointments only. If you have an urgent medical problem, please call the office.
Use this feature to select a preferred date and time for your next appointment. You may also request to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment and keep track of previous appointment requests that you have made through the patient portal.
If you have already registered with our patient portal, please log in. If you do not already have an online account, access the Create Account page to begin process.
After we schedule your appointment, we will send you an e-mail asking you to log in to the patient portal. You will need to confirm your appointment by responding to your Inbox message in order to reserve your scheduled date and time.
